Explore the Colorful Rainbows of Your Chakra: A workshop led by Anusara Inspired instructor, Francesca Regala. Workshop will be on June 19, 2010 from 2-4pm. This workshop will include meditation, contemplation exercises, group discussion and asanas to unlock and uncover your own chakras. Join her from Monday to Friday with her Fluid Power class. Fluid Power is a playful approach to connecting the tide of your breath to flowing postures (asanas). This vinyasa based practice is designed to build strength and flexibility from rhythmic exploration of movement to energetic sun salutations that move in a 360 degree circle. March 3, 2010
