It was in 2008 when Cams discovered yoga for the first time and like most beginners, she only saw the physical benefits of the practice. However, two years into her matwork, in line with a number of life-changing events that occurred during this time, she started realizing the wonders of yoga as she journeyed through discovering her self. The practice not only made her fit, but it also gave her the strength and balance she needed in life.
Yoga has helped Camille in so many ways that she delved deeper into the practice. With Roland dela Cruz, Isabel Dulay, and other teachers’ guidance, she finished the 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher certification under Bliss Yoga Manila. She hopes to take her journey further through practice and getting into the other training courses.
