WHAT ABOUT MY EXISTING PACKAGE WITH THE BLISS YOGA STUDIO?

We are giving our students the option to keep their Bliss Yoga Studio Packages frozen until such time that the studio is able to reopen.

Students may also opt to convert their existing BYS packages and use them for Bliss Yoga Online.

I HAVE AN EXISTING FROZEN PACKAGE WITH BLISS YOGA MANILA, CAN I CHARGE THE ONLINE CLASSES TO THAT?

Yes. We can convert the remaining value of your BYS packages into it's BYO equivalent. We have sent out individual emails to our package holders. If you didn't receive one, just reach out to us via SMS, Viber, email, or social media so we can email you our quotation for the conversion.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE LIVE CLASS?

We record our Live Classes. In case you can't make it to the scheduled time, just reach out to us via Email, Viber, Hotline, or Social Media and we can give you access to the recording of the class which you can stream at your own convenince.

Let us know which class you wanted to attend. Provided that it's within the 24-hour period, we will send you a link to access the recording of the Live Class. Note that the video will not be available forever. The video will expire 24-hours after it's recording.

This will also count as 1 class in your BYO Package.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE TO FOLLOW AN ONLINE LIVE CLASS?

A yoga mat would be necessary as well as enough space to move comfortably. The need for yoga props depends on each student's needs. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a device that can support both Viber and Zoom. And if you wish for the teacher to see you and give you verbal adjustments, make sure your device has a camera.

WHAT DO I DO IF EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS DURING THE ONLINE CLASSES?

The fastest way is to contact the Zoom Meeting Host via the chat feature of Zoom. If you are unable to enter the Zoom meeting send a Viber message to Rjean as she handles the BYO Zoom account.

If in case you are disconnected from the class because of technical glitches, just reach out to us and we will not charge it to your package.

HOW DO I MAXIMIZE THE ONLINE YOGA CLASS EXPERIENCE?

Make sure to prioritize your internet's bandwidth for the class. As much as possible, try to limit the activity or number of devices that takes up internet speed.

If you are able to connect your device to your TV that will be very helpful. And if you have bluetooth in-ear devices that would make the sound clearer. You may also choose to connect your device to a speaker for better audio quality.

DO I HAVE TO TURN ON MY VIDEO DURING CLASS?

Only if you want to. You have the option to keep your video turned off for whatever reason. You may turn it on if you wish to receive verbal adjustments from the teacher, or just to have feeling of togetherness in a virtual class.

CAN I SHARE MY BLISS YOGA ONLINE PACKAGE?

Bliss Yoga Online 5, 10, 15, and 20 Class Packages may be shared. Note that each person that takes a class using your package counts as 1 class (eg: if you have a 5-class package and you and a friend attends the same class, that counts as 2 classes on your package)

Our 1-month Unlimited Package, on the other hand, may not be shared but it may be transfered

CAN MY FRIENDS/FAMILY SIT IN?

Yes, whoever may be with you at home during the class may join you provided that you only share the same screen. If they join the class using another device, it will be charged to your package.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS?

Advanced reservations are not required as the meeting ID will only be announced the day before the class. However, once you have been allowed in the Zoom Meeting from the waiting room, this is already counted as a consumed class whether or not your finish the class.

If you pre-registered for a class but had to cancel at the last minute, this will NOT be counted in your package. Classes will only be counted once you enter the Zoom Meeting.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I USE MY BLISS YOGA ONLINE PACKAGE?

Bliss Yoga Online 5, 10, 15, and 20 Class Packages do not have an activation deadline nor an expiration. You can basically use it anytime and as frequent as you want as long as Bliss Yoga Online is offered.

Our 1-month Unlimited Package is valid for 30 consecutive days after the day of activation.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO FINISH MY BYO PACKAGE?

We will convert the remaining value of your unconsumed BYO package and use it as credits which can be used on your next package at the Bliss Yoga Studio when it reopens.

WHAT HAPPENS TO BLISS YOGA ONLINE WHEN THE QUARANTINE IS LIFTED?

Bliss Yoga Online will continue to offer classes for at least six (6) months or longer after the quarantine is lifted. All students with packages with BYO will be notified one (1) week in advance in the event that BYO will be discontinued.
