Chloe was introduced to Vinyasa in 2011 as a complement to surfing, and has been practicing The Rocket for over 4 years. She received her first 200 hour Vinyasa certification under Beyond Yoga in 2017, and recently completed a specialized Rocket Vinyasa 100hr training in Bali, Indonesia with Its Yoga in the tradition of Larry Schultz. She has also studied Yin with Victor Chng and Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff. Chloe was later drawn to teach yoga by the sense of connection and gratitude she felt in her own practice, and gathers inspiration from both her teachers and students. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire nourishment for the body, mind and spirit. Her classes are reflective of her own self practice: challenging, playful but also accessible and introspective.
Jill started to practice Hatha yoga in India in 2006, then found her way to vinyasa-style yoga. She completed her 200hr teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Seema Sondhi at The Yoga Studio in New Delhi in May 2008, and began teaching there under her guidance. She has done a follow-up training in the Anusara style with Desiree Rumbaugh on Boracay, Philippines. These and other trainings along with her own practice, experience and injuries form the basis of her teaching. Jill teaches an alignment-based Vinyasa yoga with strong emphasis on the effects of breath on the body and the mind. She teaches how to use the breath to guide and support, both in the asanas and off the mat. She sees that for many people this is a misunderstood and untapped source of energy and balance and wants to help students tap into this most powerful resource.
