Chloe was introduced to Vinyasa in 2011 as a complement to surfing, and has been practicing The Rocket for over 4 years. She received her first 200 hour Vinyasa certification under Beyond Yoga in 2017, and recently completed a specialized Rocket Vinyasa 100hr training in Bali, Indonesia with Its Yoga in the tradition of Larry Schultz. She has also studied Yin with Victor Chng and Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff. Chloe was later drawn to teach yoga by the sense of connection and gratitude she felt in her own practice, and gathers inspiration from both her teachers and students. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire nourishment for the body, mind and spirit. Her classes are reflective of her own self practice: challenging, playful but also accessible and introspective.

Since then, she has explored various styles of dynamic yoga, as well as other forms of exercise with the sole aim of moving and strengthening the body. However, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was primarily caused by stress, she made the commitment to prioritize her mental and emotional well-being. Around this time, she decided to deepen her yoga and mindfulness practice by going back to her roots at Bliss Yoga. In December 2019, she travelled all the way to Rishikesh, India to complete her 200H Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow teacher training. As a yoga teacher, Kat's intention is to help her students achieve balance, flexibility, strength of mind and body through both movement and stillness on and off the mat.
